Make with love
all what we do.

KDB is all about integrity. Doing what is right. It is what we stand for, and for that reason that's why we are known as the rugged and hands on architectural design practice. As we want to get stuck in, we want to make sure your project is a success. We may even suggest that extending your home is the wrong thing to do – if it doesn’t make sense for your circumstances, we will tell you!

Our reputation is 100% built upon receiving recommendation from past clients.

KDB building designs was first established by Kish Bhudia in 1997 following several years of experience working in the capacity of a Quantity Surveyor for a building contractor, a building inspector for Brent Council, maintenance surveyor for a West London Housing Association, and as a consultant building control surveyor for a number of Approved Inspectors.
It is this wide breadth of experience in working with residential buildings that makes us stand out from the crowd. We are not just another home design company – we know and understand how houses are built, have a grounded knowledge of construction technology, are upto date with planning rules & building regulations, are registered party wall surveyors and above all else, we have worked with home owners and contractors for nearly 3 decades.

The 7 Stages

We operate a service for all sizes and all budgets, as some projects require minimal intervention, whilst others need greater attention to detail for the life of the project. Many of our clients are time poor, and don’t have the experience of dealing with a building project. This is where we step in to fill the gap.

Your home improvement project is likely to be the biggest financial investment you are ever going to make, and it’s a one-off opportunity and hence you cannot afford to make mistakes. Finding and managing contractors can be a foreign experience for those who are not conversant with construction practice and procedures.

Our 7 Stage Service allows you to opt for a more comprehensive service, that will ultimately save you time, money and stress later in the project. We can provide a tailored service depending upon the size and complexity of the project.

TESTIMONIALS

They love us.

Incredible as always. This guys have excellent taste, modeling, texturing & rendering skills. The design fits in with what I would perceive as being Icelandic, the high wooden roof design and linear slatted interior elements and colours.
